The first Free Fall Life Boat Training Facility in S.E. Asia

On 23rd April 1999, IDESS inaugurated the first freefall life boat training facility in S.E Asia.

The boat was supplied by Schat Harding, and has recently logged 2,600 freefall launches since the first, more than 12 years ago.

We feel that this remarkable figure is worth bringing to your attention.

To keep equipment operating effectively and safely over the years requires a commitment to planned maintenance and regular inspections.

As with all our training facilities, maintaining their operational readiness is as important to us as the quality of the training we deliver.

Free Fall Life Boat Coxwain & Free Fall Life Boat Coxwain Refresher

We run these courses twice a month. Don’t forget that IDESS IT has E-Learning modules for Free Fall Lifeboats as well. Could be a good way to educate you crew whilst on board
